Moodboard new colours

From now on I will share my favorite colour combinations with you.

The colors are combined in a moodboard. This combination is an inspiring mix of natural woody tones mixed with bright happy and soft basic colors.

The natural tones are a good base combined with white, the bright colors are perfect for smaller items like accessories, drapes or small furniture....

Grab a paintbrush and start painting, ENJOY.....

Sweet layering...

After dinner we love something sweet to eat. Try this dessert!! It will make all your guests very happy....

Three layers of: dark chocolate and orange zest brownie, an orange jelly and panna cotta with fine cut orange peel on top. On the side home made lemon curd...

Some ideas for X-mas next year....

This year I had some new ideas for decoration in the house during X-mas... This deco is not traditional at all but looks lovely in a winter interior ready for the holidays.

Christmas tree made with a wooden board, nails and a string of wool. You can hang some decoration on the nails

stick with X-mas lights and deco

Every year you receive a lot of postcards during holiday season, put them together  in a tree shape

If you don't have enough room for a christmas tree, use a large vase with some twigs and decorate them 

These new decoration ideas made my house look very "Christmasy" and making it made me happy

Almost Christmas time....

The end of this year is approaching but first we have the Holidays, are you ready for Christmas this year?

Here are some ideas to create the freshest christmas atmosphere in your house. We diddn't just use the traditional colors red and green but fresh and new colors. Enjoy....

A piece of wallpaper will work as an tablecloth.

Mix different candles in white, silver, grey and natural wood.

Turquoise can be great for christmas!

My favourite trifle...

This is one of my favourite trifle recipes...

It is a raspberry trifle with lemoncurd and mascarpone cheese.

The layers are spongecake with raspberry juice

mixture of mascarpone cheese, lemon juice, lemoncurd and sugar

raspberries and raspberry juice with sugar

and another layer of the mascarpone mixture
